Rehearsal Schedules

‘Full day’ rehearsals (1pm-6.30pm on Saturdays, 11am-4.30pm on Sundays) are predicated on 3 x 90 minute sessions with 30 mins break between each.

(Movement order is shown in brackets. Please note the timings are approximate, so if you’re not required for a movement allow +/- 20 minutes and check back for schedule updates throughout the rehearsal process.)

For July 2026 at Reading Station and All Saints Wokingham

Sunday 5th July – 11:00-16:30 at Crosfields School
- 11:00-12.30 – Capriccio Espagnol
- 13:00-14:30 – Carmen
- 15:00-15:45 – España
- 15:45-16:30 – Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso (with Shree)
Sunday 12th July 11:00-16:30 at King’s Academy Prospect
- 11:00-11:20 – I&RC
- 11:20-11:35 – Capriccio Espagnol – II Variazioni
- 11:35-12:15 – Capriccio Espagnol – all other movements
- 12:15-12:30 – España
- 13:00-13:15 – España
- 13:15-14:30 – Carmen run then rehearse
- 15:00-16:30 – Carmen (trying to finish with movements where fewer players are needed)
Friday 17th July – 19:30-21:45 at Crosfields School
- 19:30-20:30 – Run and rehearse first half (España, I&RC and Capriccio Espagnol)
- 20:45-21:45 – Run and rehearse second half (Carmen)
Saturday 18th July – Reading station event will start at 15:00 and follow a fairly loose schedule (to be determined), depending on the conducting relay, to finish by 17:30 at the latest (with a significant break, obviously).
Sunday 19th July at All Saints, Wokingham
- General rehearsal 12:30-14:45
- Concert at 4.30pm (cafe style welcome from 3.45pm – there probably will be an interval now)
