Rehearsal Schedules

‘Full day’ rehearsals (1pm-6.30pm on Saturdays, 11am-4.30pm on Sundays) are predicated on 3 x 90 minute sessions with 30 mins break between each.

(Movement order is shown in brackets. Please note the timings are approximate, so if you’re not required for a movement allow +/- 20 minutes and check back for schedule updates throughout the rehearsal process.)

For Saturday 25th October 2025 – The Great Hall

(Yes, we know this is the first Saturday of half term. There’s only so much we can do about others’ events.)

Please note the change/confirmation of the first two dates (the first has changed from Sunday to Saturday).

All rehearsals at St. Joseph’s College except Friday 24th and Saturday 25th, which are at the Great Hall.

Saturday 4th October – 1pm-6.30pm
- 1pm-2.30pm – Read and work on 1st movement
- 3pm-4.30pm – Read and work on 2nd and 3rd movements
- 5pm-6.30pm – Read and work on 4th movement
Sunday 12th October – 11am-4.30pm
- 11am-12.30pm – 1st movement
- 1pm-2.30pm – 2nd movement (21b-25b), 3rd movement
- 3pm-4.30pm – 2nd movement (keep in touch run), 4th movement
Saturday 18th October – 1pm-6.30pm
- 1pm-2.30pm – 1st movement (3-6a and 8a-15), 2nd movement (21b-25b), 3rd movement (start-36a)
- 3pm-4.30pm and 5pm-6.30pm – sectionals
Sunday 19th October – 11am-4.30pm
- 11am-12.30pm – 2nd movement (start to 21a, 21b-25b), 1st movement (3-6a, 8a-end)
- 1pm-2.30pm – Run symphony
- 3pm-4.30pm – 3rd movement, 4th movement
Friday 24th October – 7.30pm-9.45pm – Run symphony
Saturday 25th October – 1.30pm-5pm
- 1.30pm-3pm – 4th movement, 3rd movement
- 3.30pm-5pm – 2nd movement, 1st movement
